Order Handling
We aim to process and prepare your order within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.
Delivery Areas & Times
Our products are shipped from our European warehouse located in Poland. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are as follows:

✈️ Orders over €75 within the EU qualify for free shipping.
International Deliveries
We offer international shipping to most countries. Rates and delivery estimates will appear at checkout based on your destination.
Please be aware that customs fees, duties, or taxes (including VAT) may apply once your package arrives in your country. These costs must be covered by the recipient.
Track Your Shipment
Once your order has been sent out, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
You’ll receive a full refund minus any international shipping costs.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us promptly at info@slotproven.com, including your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll take care of it.
